When using SnappyCVs, you agree to:

- Use the service only for legitimate job-seeking purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your resume content. While our AI helps you organize and present your experience, you must ensure all claims are truthful and can be substantiated.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use SnappyCVs to:
- Create false or misleading professional credentials
- Fabricate work experience, education, or achievements
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Spam employers with mass-generated applications
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
- Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
- Use automated systems to access the service (except our official API)
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to SnappyCVs, including your profile information and generated resumes. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Our Service
SnappyCVs's software, design, branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Disclaimers
No Guarantees: SnappyCVs helps you create better resumes, but we cannot guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
AI Limitations: Our AI provides suggestions based on your input. It may occasionally produce imperfect results. Always review and edit generated content.
"As Is" Service: SnappyCVs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Service Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnappyCVs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Any other intangible losses
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
